What do you do when you get off track?

I started this journey in mid March, and so far have lost about 15 lbs (lost about 5-6 before signing up for MFP). I was on a roll, up until the middle of May when my life got super crazy hectic. My daughter graduated HS, my fiance moved in, got my daughter off to another state for college, and I got married. Of course, during this time I ate worse than I should have. Grant it I only gained about 3 lbs, but now I feel like I'm having a hard time getting back to eating right and tracking my food on here daily.
What do you do to help yourself get back on track when you fall off the wagon for a while?

For the first couple weeks back at it you just have to go really hard, then it back off a bit. This always works for me at least. Try and workout 5 times/week the next 2 weeks, and by week 3 you can taper to 3-4 workouts. Force yourself to log everything so you can really see what you are putting into your body. If you are having trouble, ask a co-worker, friend or your spouse to remind you. You may not realize some of the crap you are eating, but when you see it all on paper it's a good reality check. Download the app for your phone, kindle or any other device you may have so it's always convenient. You'll get back to it, it's more of a mental blockl than anything that you just have to push through.0

I've been on and off for 2 weeks now. I just smacked myself upside the head and said enough is enough...I've come so far why undo it now. Plus I threw away all my old clothes so it's not an option to gain!!!0

I feel the same way Ive been gone about 2 months only gained 1.5lbs but completely feel lost. just trying to get inthe groove i was before. Being mad at myself for giving up is hekping some tho.Good luck!0
