Who else out there besides me struggles with the weekends, food wise, tracking wise.... etc... ?? :drinker:

This is me exactly. The weekend comes and my motivation goes out the window. I still do housework, grocery shopping, baking buns, etc. but I'm not nearly as active as I am during the week. It seems all I want to do is relax and read a good book on the couch, but that just makes me hungry and I usually end up overeating.0

I still get my workouts in over the weekend, unless I have a rest day, it is the eating and the drinking that gets me in trouble!0

i personally am at the point where i feel i dont have to track everything and anything that goes into my mouth. i understand healthy eating and moderate portions so when the weekend comes i kick back and continue to eat healthy and get some good exercise in, but i really dont log it because im relaxing doing something else0
