Soo... for the last 2-3 years my weight has stayed around the same 4 pounds (140-144)... i started MFP (strictly) a couple weeks ago, and i see no results. Yes, i do go over my calories some days, but i am also under on others. Additionally, i dont (usually) eat a big piece of cake and strarve for the rest of the day. I think, for the most part i make healthy choices.
why has my weight not moved? should i decrease calories? increase exercise?
any suiggestions would be nice, thanks!

It looks like your daily calorie goal is fluctuating. your also going over quite a bit. make sure you have adjusted the settings to a calorie goal that will cause weight loss.

Also, I always mention this. I do not lose weight unless I jump start my metabolism in the morning. I do abs and walk the dog (besides my normal cardio for the day).

Work on subbing out the old high cal food with low cal food. If you need suggestions, let me know and I'll post some for you.

    Good luck!

Keep in mind that weight on the scale is subjective. We all love to see the number drop, but I always like to take into account the NSV(non-scale victories).

Based on the diet the trend seems to be more over than under. The component that I would like to see is the type and frequency of the exercises you are doing.

Being on MFP and tracking your diet is just the start. It is always good to track your workouts so you can measure progress.

Losing weight or getting in shape is a simple equation. Caloric deficit + hard work.

You should really double or triple your veggie consumption. It looks pretty light. The foods from this day are pretty low on nutrition. I don't see a lot of vitamins, or protein or fiber.

    Thanks for the suggestions.
I WAS eating tons of veges if you go back a few weeks, but I was always hungry (as usual, but eating so many veges and no substance was making me sick). I dont track veges any more (i know, its contreversial, but its my choice), so perhaps my diary is not giving a 'true' representation of what i do eat.
