I've always drank a solid 4 cups of water a day, along with tea/coffee/whatever, but never 8+. But motivated by the cups-of-water counter at the bottom of my diary, I've actively started trying to drink more water throughout the day, and I've noticed an AMAZING improvement in my complexion!
I've heard people say that drinking water is good for your skin, but I'd never imagined it would be anything this noticeable. I'm curious to know if anyone knows any more of these sorts of tips (ie eating carrots is good for your skin, fats are good for shiny hair, blah that sort of thing) and can attest to whether or not they really work
