How do I count homemade broth?

I roasted a cornish game hen, and am cooking the bones in water with a sprig of rosemary, thyme, and a couple large celery leaves. I also added some of the browned skin. I have no idea how to count the broth when it's done, anyone know??? I know there is protein and fat, but how much?

I know that there is chicken bone broth in the recipe index already and that sounds very similar. I'm not really sure how to create that recipe properly on my own since you aren't actually eating some of the components that go into it. I would personally log it as chicken bone broth.0
