Jillian Michaels & Biggest Loser workouts???

What do I log these exercises under for those use the DVDs I would like to know and see my calorie burn. It makes all the difference in the world to me to check the minutes and add it to my goals.

    Jillian Michaels under circuit training. it tells me what i "burned" but since i have a HRM it shows what I actually burned and its an extra 12 calories so its pretty close to what MFP guestimates!

    I think you're going to have to figure out your heart rate and then do a little bit of math. (There are online calculators that help with that.)

    You can buy a proper HRM, or you can periodically pause and measure your HR by taking your pulse, or using a smart phone app (there is one that works on mine by putting your finger over the camera lens.)

    Pausing to do this a few times isn't ideal, but you'll get a pretty fair idea of what your heart rate gets up to, and then you can try to figure out how much time you tend to stay at that intensity, and plug that value in.
