Hi - ditched the diets and eating properly with exercise

Hi there
For over a year now I have done various diets without success (Dukan, Weightwatchers, Slimmingworld).
I have an active job and they don't give me the foods I need to stay energised and motivated. Recently I ditched them all and have started eating healthy foods with little fat and cut out all refined sugars from my diet (apart from the occasional coffee!). Lots of veggies and protein.
I joined the gym a month ago and am doing 30 mins cardio and 30 mins strength training 2-3 times a week and am loving it
I really want to be lean and strong!
