First, how do I get one of those goal weight banners on my posts? xP (Edit- Scratch this off, I figured it out.)
Now, more seriously, is it possible to lose 374 calories in only 30 minutes? I ran roughly under 2 miles, yet I feel like the amount I'm being told I burned isn't right. I weight about 229 right now if that helps.
I'd also like to know how to figure out how many calories I burned daily, and how I can tie that in with how much I eat a day.
