Sugar free jelly or jello if you're in the u.s. That always works for me.

    Mmm
Granny smith apple with cinnamon and honey
Frozen banana covered in 70% cocoa chocolate!
    Prunes, figs

Omg I saw this recipe on The Gracious Pantry and I cannot wait to try it

    Clean Eating Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

    Tools
    Food processor
    Large mixing bowl
    Spatula

    Ingredients
    2/3 cup almonds
    1/3 cup cooked oatmeal
    3 tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup grain sweetened chocolate chips (or dairy free chips)

Note: If you don’t want to use the chocolate chips, they could be very easily substituted with raisins, nuts or dried fruits of any kind.

    Directions

Step 1 – Mix everything except the chocolate chips in the food processor. You should have a nice wet, sticky dough when you’re done.

Step 2 – Using your spatula, scrape dough into your mixing bowl and mix in chocolate chips.

Step 3 – Spoon onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.

    Step 4 – Bake for 20 minutes.

    Eat and Enjoy!

Nutritional Content varies depending on size of cookie.

Find a low cal greek yogurt (Dannon Oikos Plain) add some sort of flavoring:

    Flavored protein powder
Chocolate Hershey's sugar free chocolate syrup
    Walden Farms 0 Cal Caramel

Freeze for about 1.5hrs (maybe 2)

Add frozen berries to taste (I like blueberries/blackberries)
Add sugar free cool whip to taste

Bam you have a huge bowl of awesome at 1/3 the cals of icecream. Depending how you make it anywhere from 150 - 300 cals.

Weight watchers also have some nice ice cream bars which are delish and around 80-100 calories each. Not bad on the sugar either.

How about snack sized candy? I always grab some packages of mini reese cups and almond joys since I have a huge sweet tooth and I'll have a couple throughout the day if I really feel like it. They're only 60-80 calories per piece. Cocoa Roasted Almonds are pretty good, though. I find that they're very filling and while they're sweet, they're not too sweet.

  • This is probably taboo to say, but... Treat yourself! I had half a cup of pretty much the most delicious ice cream I've ever eaten, today. Sweets are okay in moderation. :)
Buttttt, I have low calorie strawberry preserves that I like to eat with cottage cheese when I get a sweet tooth.
