New Motivation

I am down to 190lbs and I need to re-find my motivation to lose some more weight! I have "set" a goal, but it hasn't quite reached my hearts, so I ebb and flow on here more than ever. I would love to be down 10-15 more pounds (175-180), then maintain...but it just isn't as pressing as it was when I was 220. How do I gain that back?
