hey guys is anyone familiar with Glutamine? Or BRANCHED-CHAIN AMINO ACIDS ? If so please let me know more about it, personal experience?

Leucine, isoleucine, and valine are BCAA's.
The others are not.
OP: Isolated BCAA's are worthless as long as you're consuming sufficient amounts of good-quality protein. (The exception would be fasted training).
There has been some evidence that glutamine can help your immune system, but as far as diet and training it really does nothing either.0 -
could you explain more please? A personal trainer told me to take those after working out, and that they helped with building muscles? should I add it to my supplement?

No.
You would do just as well (or better) with whey. It's very high in BCAA (plus the other aminos) and much cheaper than isolated BCAA.
If you have a fair amount of dairy in your diet, you're already getting plenty.0 -

Unless you're doing it competitively and are training super mad hard along with surplus, you don't really need them. I'm gonna guess the trainer is trying to personally sell them to you so they can make quota or more money. I know that 24 Fitness that PT's are required to sell supplements and accessories each month along with a certain amount of sessions each month.

imo, if your trainer's focus is on selling you stuff like this, then he/she has the wrong focus. you do not need to supplement with bcaa's.
read up on who uses these and then ask your trainer why exactly they are suggesting you take them0 -
U guys might be right! I am going away on vacation in 20 days and she recommended taking those since I am working out 6 days a week to help build those muscles quickly.0

There is no such thing as building muscle quickly, unfortunately. Unless you're new to fitness or on steroids.
Don't waste your money on BCAA's though, they're definitely not needed to see results.0 -

I would say find your self a new PT, there's a lot of things that need to happen to build muscle and takes time. That a PT would even suggest you can take those two to build muscle and in that amount of time just doesn't make much sense to me and BTW 6 times a week a ton of calories are being used. You would need to be on a hell of a calorie surplus to add muscle but once again 20 days isn't happening. Haven't looked at your diary but I'm guessing you are no where close to consuming the amount of calories you need to add.0 -

After doing research I agree with you! I am 5’5 and weight 130lbs, just need to tone up before that bikini body, I guess I need to work harder!
