What does RED mean ??

So when o go to my profile and click on goals they show me my nutrition goals, fitness and diet goals .. but everythings red .. the amount of calories i eat is red , the amount calories burned is red so is my calorie deficit nd projected weightloss .. can anybody tell me why ...

Anything that is in red is what you've gone over in relation to your suggested intake.0

You might need to change the calories and carbs you are supposed to have per day. Have you calculated how much you are supposed to have yet?0

Probably too high Out vs In giving you negative intake.0

On that particular screen it doesn't mean you went over. Those are the calculated goals based on your selections with the guided goal setting or by custom goal setting (manual). Those numbers represent your "goals". The red is just highlighting the main goals0
