Cause of Migraines????

I sure hope your feeling better. I get migraines on a pretty regular basis (5-6 a year) but never sever enough to cause vomitting. I have a couple of triggers that cause them and the first one is not enough fluid. I know that if I don't drink enough I will be awoken in the middle of the night and be yelling for my hubby (bless his heart
) to help me. Another trigger is sugar - not enough or to little.
I live by the mountains and we deal with rapid pressure changes regularily and that also brings on some pretty wicked headaches.
My mom over her life has had migranes more than normal (5-10 monthly) and she would be bedridden for days at a time. She has tried everything (surgery on her back, broke and reset her nose, every drug you can think of) and now she has to use morphine to take the edge off. I love her very much but I hope they don't get bad like that.
Take care and make sure you don't overmedicate. That sometimes makes them worse too!
