GRRRRR
Stuck, have been for 3 weeks.
No inches lost, no weight lost. Tried messing around with my calories. In fact I put on a little bit, now I'm back to what I was 3 weeks ago.
I am one of those people that thrives on seeing the numbers come down. I'm almost at the point of loosing interest but I know I cant!

Don't lose interest! Keep your head up you've done a great job already! I definitely understand though the frustration. You might want to try changing up your workout. Muscle confusion really does work!
Don't get discouraged. Plateaus suck but they unfortunately happen. Just keep pushing through and you will get there!!0
