Quick Tuna Salad
So because I'm always busy during lunchtime at work, I like to make foods that are easy and fun. Today I made a tuna salad sandwich. It was so yummy and filling as hell!!
1/4 c low sodium canned tuna in water
1/4 c plain non fat greek yogurt
1 onion slice, chopped
1 fresh jalapeno (a few slices chopped)
a couple drops of plain mustard
a couple drops of extra hot sauce
top with a fresh tomato slice
combine, refrigerate for a few min (I like it best cold) and enjoy. I ate it as a sandwich today on multigrain thins. The entire meal is 199 cals and 26 grams of protein!! Can't beat it!!

That sounds really good. I made a tuna sandwich today but it was just a regular tuna sandwich. Which I added onions. But yours sounds a lot better. Ima have to try it. Thank you for sharing.0
