ok so my waist is the same as these trousers,,,,i pt them on and they are nowhere near buttoning up can someone tell me what they thinks going on?

    It's possibly bloating.

    It's different for everyone.

    It could be too much salt in your diet, not enough water, water retention, bloating due to a food intolerance etc

    Different brands measure the "waist" at different spots, so these pants could be made to sit lower on your waist/hips.
