Last September I took my husband to see the Boston Red Sox (his favorite team) play in Boston for his brithday. I had purchased a shirt for the game, however I was unable to wear it becuase it was too tight and made me look 6 months pregnant. Today I decided I really wanted to wear the shirt to work since my boss is a Cubs fan and they are playing the Red Sox this weekend. Imagine how thrilled I was when not only did the shirt fit, but it didn't cling to my stomach! I've only lost 11 lbs but I sure noticed the difference today.

I am very excited for you.......We sometimes forget that with everyday comes new milestones, whether it is walking further without getting tired, not needing that second helping of our favorite foods, remembering to log onto MFP and posting our information or losing 11 lbs and fitting into a Boston Red Sox shirt and feeling amazing in it. Every ounce towards every pound lost counts towards our goal of becoming a health, happier person. You are doing amazing.....Keep it up
