Didn't track but I did pretty good
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Enjoyed my vacation!!

What is today's personal goals? Enjoy my last day of vacation...
Sorry this post is so late. I am just returning from a 4 day vacation in New Hampshire with my daughter and her friend. We had a fabulous time. I was very careful with what I ate and wrote it all down in a notebook... I did SUPER!!! We walked a lot and spent 5 hours at a water park. I just weighed myself at I am still losing... at night time I am weighing what I did in the morning when I left. I can't wait to weigh in tomorrow and hit the gym :happy:

good job on all your hard work! i have been trying not to weigh myself so much, gonna weigh again though on wednesday for the black team, and then on thursday for red high heels!

i did! although i have a few, 24 to be precise, cals left, and i think im gonna go over with a ncie desert

i went a little over, but that is ok!

i completed the 150 jumping jacks

not eaten that strawberry frosty shake from wendys or had the bud light lime beer

finish off with a hot bath as a treat to myself! and do stats0
