Making the Cut

Hey guys and gals,
I purchased Jillian Michaels "Making the Cut" book about a year ago but never got around to actually using it. Well i need a little jump in my "get healthy and fit" lifestyle and decided to try it out starting sometime this week. It's a thrity day program with a diet and fitness regime. My only question is if anyone has used it before and performed her exercise program that is in the book? I have a hard time translating her workout moves from page to actual reality. Not that she doesn't give a great description, I just don't want to have to constantly be stopping my workout to check which move is next, how to do the move, etc. So if you have done this program before, do you think it would be fine to just do one of her workout videos (30 day shred, killer buns and thighs, etc.) instead of the workout plan she has scheduled in the book?
