Hello everyone I am basically looking for friends on here to help me stay motivated now that im almost where i want to be and maybe some online workout buddies (nothing like knowing someone else is out there pushing with you in spirit). Also if you have Facebook i would love people to join the health group i have and post health info and comment and help others with health topics.....Eitherway let me know Thanks all!!!
