The only two things I would change is white bread for wheat bread, better fiber.

Ditch Ditch Ditch the Iceberg lettuce. It has virtually NO nutritional value. Get romaine instead or try a sweet butter lettuce.

Personally I wouldn't use the Oscar Mayer deli meats because of the sodium content, plus the sodium of the bread, funyuns all together might push you a bit high.

Not saying I never eat funyuns though!

wheat i dont like to high i think calorie wise for me takes dinner amount calories away as you can see i like to eat .
need to look deli though check sodium but i do like the 6 slices for 60 calories vs 60 -70 for one on the other types

Yes, wheat may be higher in calories but they are better calories for you to take in, you get more dietary fiber, other micronutrients that white bread doesn't have. Again go for green leaf lettuce or romaine or some other dark green leafy vegetable, again more nutrients.

Why 4 slices of white bread for lunch? You can have 2 slices of Arnold Double fiber whole wheat bread for 180 calories. I really like it, it's moist not dry, has no high fructose corn syrup. The slices are bigger than your usual white bread variety.

Now for dinner, you could have some baked chicken breast, brown rice, steamed yellow squash & zucchini. I really like Uncle Bens Whole Grain Medley Santa Fe or Vegetable Harvest. You get 5grams of dietary fiber per serving. They are a little high in sodium.

Instead of funyuns for lunch try some multigrain chips which may be lower in sodium. Remember it's not just about calories, you want nutrient dense calories not empty ones.

    HTH,
    Demetria
