Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
Didn't keep track
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
I didn't exercise but I can pretty close in calories
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Enjoyed my vacation!!
What would I have done differently?
I should have skipped the single from Wendy's but we were on the road... I had fruit for dinner to offset the not so healthy lunch. :sad:
What is today's personal goals? Get back in the routine again - log calories and exercise :happy:

I guess, I lost more weight

despite me going over my calories I still did pretty well considering I was at a buffet

I would of had a tiny bit of Salmon and fill most of my plate with salad and NO dessert

made myself walk for 40 minutes to meet my weekly exercise minutes goal - even though I really didn't feel like it
What would I have done differently?
didn't need the snack before dinner, even though I stayed within calories
What is today's personal goals? staying under calorie limit and getting in at least 30 minutes of exercise0
