I have one for my morning tea at work today :-)

I stuck a few chocolate chips in some of the muffins for my kids.

    Very excited :-)

I made these this morning.. thanks for recipe! I removed mine at 16 mins since I used a nonstick pan. I sprinkled some pecans and chocolate morsals over the top before baking. SUPER delicious, and came in at 88cals each!

Try Domino's Stevia/Sugar Blend. I used the other day in banana bread and it was good.

I am going to further healthorize the recipe with 1/4 soy flour (for whole wheat since I am whole wheat sensitive), 1 TBS flaxseed meal; and 1/3 C egg whites since there will be no yolk from whole egg. I love the simplicity of this recipe. You can add anything:
Cranberries; dried apricots; raisins; nuts, dark choc chips...yumm.
