My first small goal was to be under 200 lbs by my birthday which is today and I did it. 198.6, just barely there but I did it. Now off to the next goal!

Congratulations! Getting under 200 was my original goal when I joined MFP (I've since adjusted it even lower). Accomplishing that as a birthday gift must make it even sweeter.0

It can be done. A couple of weeks ago I managed a 7 pound drop.0
