Chicken with black beans and other tasty light recipes

Just found this excellent website while on Tastespotting! The recipe I chose has chicken, black beans, onions, bell pepper, cumin, garlic, and "taco toppings." I halved this recipe, increased some of the spices (like a little more cumin), and used only 1 tsp oil. Oh and I grilled the chicken before I put it in the recipe! Even when I halved the recipe it was a huuuuuge amount of food in the pan. You could even add a little more rice to stretch out the recipe for a family or to eat several times during the week. When I calculated it out It had around 400 calories for half the pan, which I now know is wayyyyyy too much. It could easily make 3 servings or more if you aren't really hungry. MMMMM!!
