Which transforms your body more quickly?*

Hi,

I've been doing cardio for the past few weeks but haven't noticed a considerable amount of change in my body. Does strength training assist in transforming my body more quickly? Thanks in advance for your input. Have a wonderful day! :flowerforyou:

    Strength training will help more with toning in my opinion... your arms will show a difference pretty quickly especially since you don't have a lot to lose. I've been trying to be good about lifting weights more and I can already see a difference in my arms after a couple weeks, my arms are really skinny so I'm trying to get more definition... it all depends on the person but you should consider adding some in! :happy:

    lifting weights helps with toning plus the lean muscle you build will burns more calories than fat over the course of the day
