Burning calories for previous days

So let's say I didn't feel like working out Wednesday nor Thursday, but I was feeling super energized Friday, and I burned everything off from Wednesday and Thursday. Does that still count? How about having some free time and just working out, but putting the calories into a day you ate too much?

I look mostly at weekly averages, anyway.

If I'm understanding you right, yes, that's how your body works...You're body doesn't just take 24 hours at a time, it averages out over a week or so. It's best to try and keep it even day over day to make it easier for your body, but over eating Monday and working more than usual off on Teusday will balance out.

some people don't eat all their exercise calories, and save them for another day. like they look at it from a weekly perspective rather than daily.

I think it's fine. I don't eat all my exercise cals back, so if I go over another day then I'm not fussed.
