24.5 pounds down!

So many more to go, but I haven't had this much success in a long time. Started being more mindful about eating on 3/20/12, and so far I am 24.5 pounds down. A little exercise (I know I need to do more...) but overall the changes have been pretty small, but with huge impact.

First pic is in Dec, and I know I was even heavier when I finally woke up in March. second pic was two weeks ago.
