    lt really varies. The best way to judge is to use a heart rate monitor (I have a Polar F6 and love it!). Logging it you could use high impact aerobics. HTH!

    If you don't have a HRM, go for 600 calories. Then head to amazon and buy.com to see about getting a HRM with a chest strap that will count calories for you.
