I'm so dang full

I don't get it. Before I started MFP and learned about portion sizes and all that junk, I could eat all day, every day...often times, I did just that. And then I would feel like I was about to bust a gut and was miserable. Now that I am logging everything, I find that I can rarely eat enough calories because I am so full all the time. I am sure a degree of this is caused by the huge amounts of water I am now forcing down (I am ashamed to say I used to maybe drink a cup a day). What gives? I almost always have a lot of calories left over each day...on a 1200 calorie goal.

I just can't eat any more. Am I alone here? What gives?

Your right. I find that tracking what we eat everyday slowly changes are eating pattern because we can really see what we are puting into are bodies. I thought when I started my first dieting day I would easily go over on my calories but I ended up staying under.
