What was the recipe with the frozen bananas, that you blend to make like an icecream treat? Can anybody help?

Those sound good too, but this one said to put a banana in the freezer, then take it out, add something to it to make an icecream consistency. I can't remember what to add, etc.:flowerforyou:

Ya, I love smoothies. I just thought the banana would be great, as a treat, instead of eating bad stuff.

I found this searching on the boards...
It's essentially, take frozen banana(s) put them in food processor, blend for about 5 mintues, stopping occassionally to scrape down the bowl. Recipe says it's like soft serve banana ice cream.

    I believe I'll give it a go.
