So over the last 6 months I have lost over 50lbs (including before mfp). Today I entered my "healthy" range according to online calculators. I am 174lbs. Now I feel a lot better than I use to but I am still not happy. I have a belly still and I feel chubby. I'm not really sure what to do next, I don't know if I really want to go down too much more but I want to get rid of some fat. Should I focus more on strength training? Please help me! I have free weights from 10 - 25 and a pull up bar. I'd prefer not to get a gym membership. Do I have to lose more weight to get a flat stomach? Will I ever get a flat stomach?
