Boot Camp Workouts...

I just started working out again after several years. I am finally ready to get in shape for myself, not for some other random reason. I have been to 2 Boot Camp workouts but I'm not sure what kind of results to expect. Does anyone have any information on what I might see in the next 4-6 weeks? How many times a week do I need to go to have this be effective? I'm just looking for general information since I'm starting fresh with no real knowledge of what I should expect/feel. (Other than sore!!! But I really enjoy the workouts!)
