Vibrant, excited, new to clean eatting...

Im new on here, I've worked out a dirty, hardcore, tireflipping, dead lifting, rack pulling gym for a while now and I love it. Yea, Im that chick that wears here ripped tee and sports bra, a ponytail and always sporting sweaty knees. Im an atheltic build at 6ft and I've always had the "basketball legs and calves" to quote my co-gymrats haha, anyways i'm focusing on my diet now, bc i want abs and everyone says "abs are made in the kitchen, not he gym" sooooo here goes nothing. Tips welcome, friends needed :)
