I didn't really know where to post this. But I went to the doctors the other day and got a bunch of blood work done just got the results back and Im not sure if they are normal or whatnot.
Free testosterone : 1.1ng/dl
Testosterone : 403ng/dl
Those are the only two of the tests that didn't show a normal result range and all he wrote on the page was to exercise more when I'm going 6-7 days a week 1-2 a day so I'm not sure what to do
