I'm starting to log again now since I wanted to make

sure I was going to follow through on my exercise. I bought a cheap bike and it works great, so, now I walk and ride the bike(some variety). No weight training now but might again because I realize my upper body needs to build muscle as well.
I am still going to eat part of my exercise calories because I lose weight when doing that. Not all of them but I gage it as to how I feel. If I am hungry, I eat. I do my water but only half of what I need so far. Also, shopping is of the utmost importance to me. If I buy junk I eat junk. Too much fats too often, and sugar. The beauty of what I have learned on mfp is I don't have to miss pizza, pie, cake etc. I just need to make sure I have "earned" the extra calories to eat. Then only indulging once or twice a week doesn't effect my weight.
I have found if I am depressed I eat more crud, then if I get with mfp program(my selection of program)I am busier, less depression, less desire to eat crud;)
