May 20 through June 16 *yay!*

I have been lifting small weights, doing situps, crunches and lunges. Oh and squats. Lots of squats.

I'm watching my calories (logging food daily) and trying to be active daily.

I am seeing a difference EVEN THOUGH the scale is stubborn and hasn't really budged.

I really notice a difference in my legs and arms. I love it! :D

I have also noticed, because of my arms weights, my breasts are LIFTING! My nipples sit up higher. Sorry, TMI, but I'm stoked!

Here's front and side comparisons....green is May 20 (with spanx!) and pink is June 16. :D

I'm pretty stoked to see the comparisons. I was getting discouraged because the scale is BARELY moving...if at all...but the pictures speak 1,000 words! YAY!

Messy bedroom is not mine! It's my 13 year old's. LOL!

    I lift 8 pound hand weights. I lay on my back and put my arms straight out and then lift up. I also do a lot of lifting with my arms. Back lifts and pull ups.
