changing things up due to slow weight loss

I've been trying to make one last hard push this last month of my DHs deployment, but my weight loss seems stalled. I'm 5'9, CW 175, SW 220. I dropped my cals to 1390 for 1.5 lbs loss per week. I also started 30 DS and C25K at the same time. Week one went great I lost 2.5 lbs. I wasn't always hungry, so I didn't always eat back all my exercise cals that first week. I left 100-200 each day. Weeks 2 and 3 have not been so great. Week 2 I was actually up 2lbs over week 1. I wasn't stressed as I know it has to be water weight. This week some of the water is off and I've come down 1 lb. I just expected to see more than this after the great success of week 1. My other concern is that I've been really tired the last two weeks. I'm feeling like maybe I'm not eating enough.
Question 1: I just changed my cals to maintenance. Do you think upping my cals and giving my body a break from the restriction might be a good idea to get my metabolism going again? I was thinking of doing it through the weekend and dropping to 1 lb loss per week on Mon.
Question 2: I'm 15 lb away from my goal weight. Am I expecting too much to continue at the 2 lb per week loss that I had at the beginning?
My diary is public, food choices have been hit and miss. I've let my self slack on preparing the healthier stuff as I get more and more tired.

It sounds like you hit the nail on the head. I have done the same thing and my weight loss stopped completely. I'd up your calories maybe 200-300 with your current workout schedule and weigh yourself again after a few weeks. Another thing to consider is eating more on days that you workout and a little less on days that you don't. That doesn't mean you'll change your weekly calorie goal. You'll just eat more of your calories on days when you need them and less on days when you don't. The best way to figure out what's stalling the weight loss is change one factor at a time and see if it either hurts or helps. Way to go on doing 30 DS and C25K together!!0
