Hi all, I've only been using this app / site for about a week now, and I've already noticed how useful keeping track of calories can be. I've found tracking calories now enjoyable and something like a little game instead of just a nuisance. My goal is to lose some extra fat over the next couple months, while maintaining (and hopefully increasing as well) my muscle gains. I was aiming to only lose a pound per week, but I already lost two in the week I've used it (I might need to increase my calorie intake a little bit, maybe I live a more active lifestyle than I realized).

Anyway, I think it'd be fun to have other people to keep track while I use this site, and watching them reach their fitness goals through calorie counting will help motivate me to stay on track as well. So please feel free to add me if you want to follow my progress and share your own progress with me. :drinker:
