Looking for beach Body info

A while back I saw someone posting that they were a Beach Body coach. At the time it really didn't mean anything to me, being a newbie and all. Now that I've been making progress and a bit more comfortable with what I'm doing, I've looked at the Beach Body website and see that they have several different programs for people of different fitness levels, but I'm wondering how adaptable they are to people with physical limitations, and how to figure out where to start.

Are these the types of questions that a BB Coach could answer, and if so are there any BB Coaches who are willing/able to take the time to pre-coach me so to speak?

Nothing against Beach Body coaches, but if you have certain health or physical limitations I would recommend a personal trainer over a Beach Body coach. At least personal trainers have to have a certain knowledge about things. Anyone can become a Beach Body coach, not anyone can become a personal trainer. I'm also not saying personal trainers know everything, but I just think it's a safer bet if you have limitations. Good luck either way!

They aren't "coaches" in the sense you're thinking, as much as they may try to pretend that they are. They're salespeople. They paid a fee and now sell Shakeology. Nothing about that that's going to be of any help to you. Unless your problem is too much money in the bank.

Dear angry coaches - feel free to hate on me

A few years ago I had a membership to a gym that included twice a week sessions with a personal trainer. He didn't even pay lip service to paying attention to physical limitations if they weren't visible. Asthma? No worries, you'll be OK - breath deep and push past it. Nothing against anyone else who's a personal trainer, but my experience there has been negative enough that I feel no particular desire to repeat that experience.

I'm aware that BBC's aren't nutritionists or certified or anything like that, but my hope is that as sales people they're a LOT more familiar with the product than I am, and that they're honest enough and have enough integrity to do their best not to sell someone something that they manifestly are not suited for.

Well I am VERY familiar with most BB products so if you have a question, why don't you ask me? I won't try to sell you anything!
