-5lbs in 2 Weeks Challenge

It's not as extreme as you might think, this is a very possible goal when you kick up the cardio and eat clean (no cheats for these 2 weeks).The weight WILL be healthily lost, and will stay off.

Here is my workout plan:

The # in parenthesis (ex: (3)) is the # of times I must do it that week. This is all stuff you can do without the gym as long as you own a bike.
The "Crossfit WOD" is the Workout of the Day from crossfit.com (some will be rest days).
I don't work out on Sundays.

I am going to up my calories to 1500 and just not record my exercise on here.

You guys are welcome to use this plan if you want!

It's time for me to break this little plateau and kick start my weight loss.
