I have been using this app on and off for a year or so but recently really have my head in this weight loss game. I have had 3 surgeries in the past 10 months including having the remainder of my thyroid removed. I have a goal of 100 pounds to loose and have been going to the gym 4 days a week for the past 3 weeks. Three years ago I started a weight loss journey but after 40 pounds down I plateaued and my thyroid problems resurfaced so my train was derailed. I hope to achieve this goal by August next year!
