I'm stuck!

I have lost 14 pounds, I am very proud, but my goal was 20lbs. I have not lost any weight in the past 2 weeks. I am getting really frustrated, but I know I have cheated my diet. I have to start strong again!!!!!

I've been stuck at a plateau for 3 weeks...I'm exercising pretty hard, and trying to eat smart, but I haven't actually been tracking my food intake...I knew this site existed, and I put in all my food intake for the day, and it's quite an eye opener...I'm actually like 1000 calories over today...it's a miracle I've lost any weight at all...Stick to your original goals, and keep your focus on your goals!0
