Hey, I noticed most of the people on here are middle-aged, and actually most of the people losing weight in general. Absolutely none of my teen friends IRL struggle with their weight either, and that can be a little discouraging! So feel free to add me if you're in the same boat and we can keep each other focused :)

    I sent you an add! I'm 22, I find trying to lose weight a massive struggle sometimes as most of my social interactions involve food or drinking. Not good! I haven't been very involved with MFP for long and am happy to help with the motivation!
