I started my fitness pal in February and never introduced myself. By March I had slipped so far and quit checking in. By late May I had restarted(a very familiar term for me) and have stayed on the fairly straight and narrow. I hope to maintain the losing streak and exercise schedule. We'll see!

I am in my early 40s and have gained and lost weight over and over for the past 15-20 yrs. Had a health scare in May and now seem motivated to lose and keep off the weight.

    Welcome. This is a lifestyle change, and with that, we all eventually make mistakes and hopefully learn from them so we don't repeat them. It's great you've been able to stay successful for so long - keep it up!
