Specific Foods or Ingredients that Trigger Overeating

Tonight I made a new recipe for dinner: greens braised in coconut milk over shirake noodles (coconut oil, onion, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, chickpeas, spinach, coconut milk, cilantro, and noodles; 700+ calories).

I wasn't feeling particularly hungry before I sat down to eat, but about half way through my meal, I started feeling an urge to binge eat (as in, I started thinking about what other food in my refrigerator I wanted to eat after I finished my filling, heavy dinner).

I am wondering if some ingredient in my meal could be a trigger for overeating. I had already eaten about 700 calories during the day, so I wasn't starving, and I was at 45% carbs, 20% protein, and 35% fat, so there was nothing I was seriously lacking. Also, nothing changed emotionally between the time I started my meal and finished, so I truly think my trigger had to be an ingredient.

Which foods or ingredients trigger you to overeat?
