Off track since vacation

I was doing soooooo well. I lost 50 lbs between Dec 1 and Memorial Day and completed the biggest goal of my life. I went on vacation over memorial day and put on 2 lbs and now its June 16th and I'm only down 51. I just can't seem to get back on track... eating the right way. I'm still doing pretty great workouts.. but my food choices are awful. Just looking for some more support!!
Thanks,

it's definitely hard. I just got back today from a 7 day cruise. I don't know if you've ever been on a cruise, but there is food (fantastic food!) everywhere. I don't weigh in until tomorrow, but whatever the scale says, i'm just going to try and take it one day at a time. If i do good on a day that'll be a good day. So i guess you have my support, since i'll be going through the same thing! It's not easy, but we got on track once, we can certainly do it again.0

Try gradually going back to the diet you had before your vacation. It may take some extra time but it is better then gaining weight because you keep eating like you did on vacation. I had an experience similar to yours. I slacked on the more healthy eating and went back into my old habits. I wanted to get back to eating healthy but the food in front of me was so appealing. It got to a point where I got angry at myself because of the choices I was making. I started gradually to a healthier diet. I wasn't where I wanted but I was making an effort I was happy with. You know you want this. Go get it!0
