Strength training?

I need to add more strength training to my workouts? I'm going to start doing the 'call me maybe squat challenge' everyday. I have weights, and I enjoy pilates. I'm just not sure how to go about it. What do you do for strength?

I use a set of adjustable dumb bells, a kettle ball, stretch bands, gravity and a slew of 10 -20 minute free exercise videos including yofa and pilates that can be found on spark people.
At some point I may buy a small home gym or join onel But I'm good for now.0 -
Hi they say to improve your strength heavy weight training is definitely best, meaning lift as heavy as you can with as few reps as possible and you need to leave at least three minutes between each set. They say as a rule the longer the rest inbetween sets the stronger you get. This is a useful article: www.google.co.uk/gwt/x?gl=GB&hl=en-GB&u=http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/topicoftheweek11.htm&q=bodybuilding.com+how+long+between+sets&sa=X&ei=DtvdT5_8DZLR8QPsoZixCA&ved=0CAwQFjAA
Hope this helps.0
