No Internet or Phone Next Week. Any Advice?

How do you all stay on the straight and narrow when you don't have internet or phone access to log into MFP? I'm going on a 3-day cruise next week.

    um...write down everything you eat, maybe?

    I'd say paper and pen. Watch portion sizes more than anything. Use the exercise equipment available. Don't go too crazy, but don't stress too much either. Enjoy yourself, but use moderation. You'll probably gain some and work to get it off when you get back.

    Also - if you really want to track, they have calorie counting books at any bookstore...they run about $6-8 and are very helpful.

    Find out if they have a public computer and use it. Other than that, pen and paper
