I have never cooked with sweet potatos or yams before. Are they the same thing? They look alike to me... I bought two sweet potatos to try this.

How do I find the recipe for morning star black bean burgers? I use a garlic herb blend on the sweet potatoes and it is very delicious as well!

Love sweet potato fries!!! I toss mine with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, flip them a few times. We had these last night.......yummmmmmmmmmmm :)

You can also get the sweet potato fries in the freezer section at your local mart. They are amazing. I like them with the Gortons Grilled Fillets. TASTY!!!!!

mix your spices in egg whites and coat your fries with egg mixture before you bake......adds a great crunch!!! You still have to spray cookie sheet with pam or whatever you use!
